SERRA is a 50+ year-old volunteer residents’ organization committed to promoting the interests of our neighbourhood with a focus on community, planning, livability, climate and safety.
Among our major activities are land use planning and zoning, high-rise/mid-rise development, residential development, green initiatives and heritage. We are completely funded by memberships and donations!

The Regent Theatre

Midtown’s Regent Theatre has been conditionally sold.  The Theatre was listed on the City of Toronto’s heritage register in 1984 and was designated in 2017.

Community Meetings

The SERRA Annual General Meeting and Town Hall is scheduled for November, 19th 2020. The meeting will be held virtually.
