ONE TOWER, BUT MAX 14 STOREYS (PER NEW CITY PLANNING RULES + TO SET PRECEDENT FOR A NEW 25 STOREY TOWER NEXT BLOCK)

NO DEALS LIKE HEIGHT for other CONCESSIONS

(11 LILLIAN DEVELOPMENT SACRIFICED HEIGHT FOR A GREEN STRIP)

NO FUTURE APPLICATION for a 2ND TOWER on this SOUDAN BLOCK

Tower SETBACK at Redpath of 12.8 metres MAINTAINED (to create a green, open space at the corner of Redpath/Soudan)

Minimum 5 metres separation between 83 REDPATH TOWNHOMES & DEVELOPMENT (garage)
