SERRA has been an early adopter of virtual meetings and have been using Zoom Basic software for some time. Our Annual General Meeting will use Zoom Webinar software to support a larger number of attendees.
To assist AGM attendees, we have found two videos that describe how to attend our virtual meeting. These videos show the essential features of Zoom and will be useful for first time users. Note, that our setup may be slightly different from the setups that are shown in the videos.
All video attendees at our AGM will be able to see and hear the presenters. Attendees will also be allowed to vote on various items, and you can submit questions using the Q&A button on the bottom of your computer screen.
If the attendee choose to attend via telephone, they will be able to hear the presenters. Questions can be submitted via email to the email@example.com. We will monitor this email throughout the AGM.
