Place: Best Western Roehampton Hotel – 808 Mount Pleasant Road – Eglinton Room

An application to amend the zoning by-law has been submitted to permit a 55-storey mixed-use building at 90
Eglinton Avenue East. The proposed building includes 502 dwelling units, retail uses on floors one and two and
office uses on floors three through eight. The proposal includes 226 parking spaces in a three level
underground garage.
